COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
As we all continue to do our part to help slow the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we have put in place protocols to help keep our clients and staff safe. We regularly review these protocols to ensure we are following the most current recommendations provided by the SHA.
We are staggering staff to limit how many people are in the salon
Distancing between stylist stations has been created
Extra time has been allotted between clients to allow for proper and thorough sanitation
You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering and exiting the salon. There are also hand washing stations available
Do not bring others to your appointment so we can keep it to one guest/stylist ratio.
Please cancel your appointment if you are showing or experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms (fever, dry cough, tiredness, or sore throat). Please use the Self-Assessment Tool.

A $1 Environmental Stewardship Fee will be added to all hair cut and colour services at Satori.
